2. Design:

With 30+ years of knowledge and experience, we design custom solutions based on your needs and budget.  You avoid technical incompatibilities and costly mistakes. Our designs work seamlessly to support existing or proposed IT networks and equipment while integrating technically and aesthetically with new construction or remodels.  Look to CSI for a complete solution that meets your timeline and can easily expand and migrate as your future needs evolve.

3. Installation:

CSI has a systematic approach to completing every project and maintaining proper working order. We provide one Project Manager as a primary point of contact and a specific team of knowledgeable security technicians assigned to your initial installation, upgrade, or service call. We provide a complete “as built” drawing with thorough documentation which makes service, maintenance and upgrades less costly.

4. Training:

CSI prides ourselves in our ability to effectively train your staff on the specifics of your new solution. We can schedule onsite or remote training via the web, provide documentation and ongoing support throughout the lifetime of your system.

5. Maintenance:

We don’t stop after installation and training; we want to help you protect your security and surveillance investment with our preventive maintenance program. Regardless if we installed your equipment or not, we offer maintenance agreements for any supported system. We base all maintenance agreements off of the needs of our customers; we will individually tailor a maintenance program to your needs and budget. With any maintenance service we will keep you informed of recommended upgrades and improvements to your security and surveillance system

6. Service:

CSI has a 24/7 service support team as well as Rapid Response Agreements to meet all of our customers’ needs, regardless of who installed your system. We maintain a service history on all equipment to allow for realistic planning and budgeting. We offer onsite, telephone and remote service support via the web for you and your staff, we can also save you time by monitoring your system for you.
