|Kirk Davidson, founder and president of CSI, has been in the security industry since 1983.
Kirk is a recognized expert in the industry and brings extensive experience in both design and implementation to CSI clients and partners. Kirk is Panasonic certified on design and implementation of IP camera systems, RS2 certified on access control and infoGraphics certified on design and implementation, ASIS IP certified on IP Camera solutions. He has completed extensive continuing education courses through ASIS and other certified affiliates. Kirk has acquired high level security clearance through the FBI, military and government agencies and is experienced in threat assessments, risk analysis, project management and implementation to ensure CSI clients projects are completed on time and in budget. Kirk began his career as a territory manager with SW Allen Security in Dallas, Texas, where he was promoted to General Manager within 3 years of employment. In 1989, he moved to a System Sales position with Dymaxion Security headquarters location in San Diego, California. He worked on large projects for the military, port authority and Fortune 500 companies. Three years later, he led the Commercial Security division of Mosler, Inc. in Southern California. Kirk worked with major corporations for implementation of all aspects of physical security. While at Mosler, Kirk worked with gaming facilities, banking and the private sector for design and installation management in all aspects of security and risk detection. In 1996, Kirk moved to Austin, Texas, and founded a branch of EBM Inc. He purchased the company in 2006 and changed the name to Commercial Security Integration Inc. which quickly established itself as a leading security integrator across Texas and the Southwest.
Sandy GonzalesOperations Manager
|Sandy Gonzales is a native of San Antonio, Texas but has lived in Austin for 25 years.
She began her career in Administrative Support roles in 1994. She joined the CSI team in 2005 as a receptionist and grew with the company to her current position as Operations Manager.
Laura RodriguezAccount Manager
|Laura is at the heart of the customer experience at CSI.
In her role she manages the system installation and on-boarding of new customers as well as works with existing clients with scheduled preventative maintenance service and demand service calls.
As a member of the design team her knowledge of a customer system starts with her support of the inside and outside sales teams with developing proposals for new systems and system upgrades. Years
of experience in IT network security and vast knowledge of the physical security technologies gives Laura the communications skills to support of customers in IT and operations.
Before joining CSI in 2006, Ms. Rodriguez worked in customer support role at a network security. Her Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Texas Tech University was completed in 2007. With a personal commitment to serving our community, Laura has given her time and energy to the Junior League of Austin.
Neal MorrisProjects Manager
|Neal Morris, a skilled contractor, serves as Projects Manager/Service Manager at CSI.
Neal has led the service department for 16 years and has over 24 years’ experience in the industry. As Service Manager, Neal manages the technical staff, performs service scheduling and provides troubleshooting support to existing clients. He installs, configures, service and troubleshoots custom designed advanced technology security systems in an approach that exceeds customer’s quality and timeline expectations. Neal holds technical certifications for access control on OSSI Intelli-Site, Genetec: Security Center, Lenel: Certified Associate, RS2, Feenics, exacqVision, interlogix, Axis Certified Professional, Advantor, Northern, GE Facility Commander WINEX, CCTV. His certifications for Analog and IP Cameras include Axis, Panasonic, Sony, GE. Certifications for alarms are DSC, Ademco, Honeywell, DMP and GE.
Chris TrahanIT Manager
|Chris Trahan, the IT Manager / Systems Administrator at CSI has been working in the security industry for the past 14 year
and has over 24 years’ experience in the Information Technology. Chris’ duties at CSI are to monitor and support day-to-day operations of CCTV, Access Control at client facilities and to maintain the IT infrastructure in-house. Install and maintain video and access control systems, verification of operation of systems post installation, maintain relationships with customers by examining problems and identifying solutions and end user training on software interface. Chris has a degree in Computer Operations as well as a degree in Computer Programming from SOWELA Technical Community College in Lake Charles, LA. Graduating with a 3.9 GPA in both degrees.
